We never share your credentials, store your password, or do anything outside the permissions you explicitly grant. Listings are not at risk from using an approved API integration.

Yes, no lock-in. Cancel from your account settings at any time and you won't be charged again. If you're on a yearly plan, you keep access until the end of your billing period.

No — that's our problem, not yours. We handle the Google approval process and connect your existing GBP listings directly. You just sign in with the Google account that owns the profiles.

Yes. During onboarding you train a per-client (or per-location) voice using example posts and a short brand brief. Replies match tone, vocabulary, and formality without sounding like a chatbot.

By default every AI reply is a draft you approve. Once you trust it for a given location, you can enable auto-publish — with safety rails like "never auto-reply to 1- or 2-star reviews".
